Radio Drama Revival

Showcasing the diversity and vitality of modern audio drama

Starting a revolution

January 30, 2007 By Fred

I apologize for my absenteeism the last week or so but I’ve been drowning in great radio drama. Facing my new radio show, I realized that I needed a huge amount of content to get and keep this thing going, and absolutely no idea where it would come from. Well, it took a couple of emails to the Modern Audio Drama and Radio Drama Digest Listservs to solicit more excellent work than I know where to start with…

I’ll begin to feature these people soon and review the works I don’t get to air, etc. I had the great pleasure to speak with Scott Hicket of AM FM Theater this past week, and though I won’t be featuring “God of the Razor” as a podcast, you’ll get to hear all about what it was like to go to Horror Con, work with Lansdale on this work, and produce audio theater in the 21st century. It’s going to be a real kick, and I hope you join me Thursday.
