Radio Drama Revival

Showcasing the diversity and vitality of modern audio drama

The Amelia Project – ‘Elizabeth Barlow’ & ‘Zale Indigo Ravenheart’

June 8, 2019 By Radio Drama Revival

This episode has been removed at the request of the creators of The Amelia Project due to its inclusion of the episode “Elizabeth Barlow”, which has received criticism for playing into a transphobic trope. The creators stand firmly with the trans community and are vehemently opposed to transphobia of any kind, so they have made the decision to pull the episode from their own feed (and this one) and, in time, completely rework it. Once the episode has been reworked, we hope to be able to add the new version back to this episode and to the feed.

In the mean time, you are welcome to check out our interview with Philip Thorne and Øystein Ulsberg Brager, creators of The Amelia Project.

Like the concept of the Radiohead song “How to Disappear Completely” but want a fun heist-like laugh fest instead of a moody bummeroni? The Amelia Project is the perfect fit. Listen in as we spotlight this fantastic podcast’s first two episodes.
