July 24, 2015 By Radio Drama Revival

serendipity audio fiction podcastHoly moley what a show we have for you this week!

Announcements:

  • FinalRune Productions worked on the forthcoming audio saga Locke & Key for Audible
  • Our friends at Aural Stage Studios are raising funds for their new series Otherworldlies and also running a kickin’ walla contest (with prizes from Izotope)
  • Sue Zizza, David Schinn, and others will be at Audiobook Boot Camp this August

AND – enough of an announcement to actually be a show this week, is the launch of the Serendipity podcast and the Sarah Awards, with serious ($2,000 first prize, $1,000 second prize, $500 third prize) funds for the winning works.  So you think you want to start a revolution?  Well, this one will not be televised, only podcast.

We feature the story-within-a-story of the inaugural episode of the podcast “Serendipity” and talk with creator and founder of The Sarahs, Ann Heppermann.
